Miss Delaware Teen USA 2023
Hello Everyone! My name is Molly Lavelle and I am your Miss Delaware Teen USA 2023! I am honored to represent my state and I am excited for the year to come!
Currently, I am a busy high school Junior at Wilmington Friends School. In school, I am involved with activities such as the school newspaper, where I am currently the Sports Section Editor. Previously, I was a staff writer for two years. I am also a full IB (International Baccalaureate) Diploma Candidate. This is an
internationally recognized standard of excellence in education.
I started competitive dancing at an early age and just retired after 13 incredible years. I now work full-time as a Versaclimber fitness instructor at HiLo House in Wilmington, Delaware. I use my dance training to choreograph versa classes which are based on movements to music. It’s is a full body low impact cardio workout. I work alongside a team of other fitness trainers teaching fitness classes to all ages.
In the spring of 2023, I ran a campaign with another classmate for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year program. With the help of our amazing team, we were able to raise over $50k for blood cancer research and patient support. Giving back to the community and using my voice is something I enjoy and hope to continue to do more of with the title of Miss Delaware Teen USA.
I have always had a passion for sports and fitness and I want to continue to work in the field after college. I want to be a sports broadcaster when I am older and work as a sideline reporter. I plan to attend a large southern university where I can work with the athletic department. One day I want to work with corporations such as the NFL, NBA, and MLB!
My amazing family motivates me every single day and they are definitely my strongest supporters. My little sister Emma is my #1 fan, and she motivates me to take every opportunity that comes my way. She was born with AMC (arthrogryposis multiplex congenita) which is a birth condition that affects muscle stiffness. She has always cheered me on through dance competitions and school events. Her constant support helped me become a Versaclimber instructor at just 16 years old. As the new Miss Delaware Teen USA, I hope to continue to advocate for her needs and all children with physical limitations, while also encouraging girls to be the healthiest versions of themselves. I am so honored to carry the title of Miss Delaware Teen USA 2023 and I can’t wait to compete at the National Miss Teen USA Pageant.

Appearance Request
Miss DE USA and Miss DE Teen USA are available for approved appearances across the state of Delaware. We are pleased to support a wide variety of functions; including our armed forces, youth, local businesses, charities, and other community events. Our titleholders are skilled public speakers with emphasis on education, service and self-value. Miss DE USA and Miss DE Teen USA are brand ambassadors available for special appearances, autograph sessions, and photo sessions.
Miss DE USA & Miss DE Teen USA are invited to numerous events throughout the year. We are appreciative of each request to serve the community however; due to high demand, we are unable to meet all requests. The more advanced notice you can provide; the greater opportunity we have to fulfill the request.
